Donald G. Glascoff, Jr. - Chairman & Executive Producer

Don Glascoff is a documentary film maker now embarking upon feature film production.  In 2007, he was Executive Producer of the academy award winning Taxi To The Dark Side.  Don has produced two other full-length documentaries.  The major theme of his work is the preservation of human rights and individual liberties.  Prior to his film career, Don was a partner and co-chairman of the oldest Wall Street law firm, Cadwalader.  He also served as Chairman of the Park Avenue Bank and on the Boards of Renco Metals and Magnesium Corporation of America.  Don is the Founder and was Chairman of Oxford University's Programme in Public Interest Law and Policy.  His passion for human rights and civil liberties lead him to a new career in film.

Margaret H. Baker - Producer - Screenwriter  - Performer

Margaret Baker has worked in multiple facets of entertainment since the late nineties.  In 2008, her first full-length musical My Life As A Bald Soprano  premiered at New York's prestigious Midtown International Theatre Festival to a continuously sold out house and rave reviews.  Since then, Margaret has continued to write, produce, and perform.  In 2012, her feature Two Spirited, was selected as a semi-finalist for The Sundance Film Lab.  For more on Margaret's work, please visit the "current projects" page.

Charles A. Fritschler - Managing Director - Investor Relations

Charles Fritschler manages all aspects of investor relations for Dancing Dragon Films.  He comes to us with  35 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Previously, he was the principal of Cook Street Properties, which owned, operated and renovated multi-family and mixed use buildings in New York.  He also owned and managed various contracting companies.  For several years, Charles was the principal of design and manufacturing companies in Bangkok, Thailand.  His company also purchased goods in India and Hong Kong, and throughout Southeast Asia, and sold goods throughout the United States.

Eric Reehl - Managing Director - Finance

Eric Reehl comes to us from a long career in accounting and finance.  He is a Principal of Nima Asset Management, and has over 20 years of experience as an investor and advisor involved with equity and debt across a range of industries.  Eric has led in excess of $5 billion of direct investments and restructurings as a principal.  He has also served as Managing Director of Plainfield Asset Management, a $5 billion asset management firm where he specialized in corporate finance and asset based lending.  Prior to joining Plainfield, Eric led the New York Direct Lending Group for CSG Investments, Inc., the investment affiliate of Beal Bank.  Prior to CSG/Beal Bank, Eric was a senior bankruptcy and restructuring advisor with Ernst & Young in New York specializing in debtor advisory and loan restructuring.

Steven V. Blumenthal - Managing Director - Negotiations

Steve Blumenthal has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate.  He has developed many high-end buildings across the country and in New York.  His New York properties include: 575 Broadway, 155 Spring Street, 195 Hudson Street and 505 Greenwich Street.  In 2004 Steve formed Cynvec LLC a biotechnology company to develop a new cancer treatment in conjunction with New York University Medical School.  He serves as Cynvec's Chairman.

Edward E. Stern – In house Photographer & IT Specialist

Edward Stern discovered his love of photography at Apeiron Workshop in 1974, studying under the instruction of Lisette Model, Berenice Abbott, and Ralph Gipson.  Shortly after, he embarked on a career as a documentary photographer shooting for The New York Times and Metropolis Magazine, while printing for photography icons Annie Leibovitz and Mary Ellen Mark.  But it was mentor Charles Harbutt, who gave Stern the tools and vision that became his unique signature.
